Amid the devastating famine and catastrophic humanitarian conditions in the Gaza Strip, RED SOS REFUGIADOS, in partnership with AID FOR GAZA, carried out a food distribution campaign for displaced families in the Al-Zawaida area in central Gaza on September 22.

This initiative comes during one of the most difficult periods faced by the population, following massive waves of displacement from northern Gaza toward the central areas, creating unprecedented humanitarian pressure and a severe shortage of food and basic necessities.

Displaced families are living in tragic conditions amid a lack of resources and rising hunger levels, while children and the elderly face the daily risk of malnutrition. The campaign helped ease the suffering of hundreds of families and gave them a sense that they are not alone in this hardship.

Despite the harsh reality, humanitarian efforts continue to deliver messages of hope and solidarity, reaffirming that standing beside those affected is a humanitarian duty that must never stop.
